Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, email address, event date, event type, subject and message. You choose what event information to include. H7 uses it to check availability, prepare a quote, answer questions and discuss a possible booking.

The form sends this information to H7 through FormSubmit. Do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your event enquiry.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and actions such as viewing pricing, opening the enquiry form and clicking contact links. Google Analytics may use cookies and receive technical information including your device, browser, approximate location, referring page and pages visited.

H7 does not send names, phone numbers, email addresses or enquiry-message contents to Google Analytics. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Service providers

H7 uses FormSubmit to deliver enquiries, Google Analytics to measure website use and Cloudflare to host and protect the website. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies, and may process data outside New Zealand.

How information is used and shared

H7 uses personal information for the enquiry or booking it relates to, website administration, security and service improvement. H7 does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with a service provider where needed to operate the website or handle an enquiry, or when disclosure is required by law.

Storage and retention

H7 keeps enquiry and booking information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, business records, dispute resolution or legal obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but H7 limits access to people and providers who need the information for these purposes.

Access and correction

You can ask H7 for access to personal information held about you or request a correction. Email hector@h7.co.nz with enough detail to identify the relevant enquiry or booking.

Changes to this policy

H7 may update this page when the website, suppliers or information practices change. The date at the top shows the latest update.
